This FREE Boot Camp is a 1 hour workout designed for all fitness levels, ages 12 and up. The idea behind the FITxYOU theme is to empower our communities to take charge! Together we can create a culture of wellness by supporting and encouraging each other to be responsible for our health. For your community. For your family. FOR YOU.
Many of us are ready to get healthy and fit, but we struggle with taking the first step and staying committed. Attending Boot Camp will give you the resources you need to plan future work outs, meals, and give you the opportunity to connect with a tribe of other individuals on a similar journey.
Boot Camp will begin on July 2nd at 9:00AM. Please arrive by 8:50AM to sign in. The camp will be located at the New Boston City Park. The workout is 60 minutes. This time includes the warm-up, full body exercise routine, and cool down. I have designed this Boot Camp to work for EVERY body type and fitness level with modifications being available when needed. Although there are some group and partner tasks, each individual is encouraged to work at their own pace. The goal is progress, not perfection!

When you register for Boot Camp, you will receive a FREE-2 Day smoothie reset. This will help give your body a surge of nutrients while also allowing it to rest and recuperate. It includes 10 smoothie recipes, healthy food ideas, and other suggestions for the reset.
