Outdoor Work Out: Cardio Circuit

The weather has been amazing, so today I filmed a short, outdoor cardio circuit with the help of my good friend Kiana! This simple cardio circuit will definitely get you whipped into shape. You should perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds with NO rest between exercises. When you’ve completed the circuit, rest for 1-1:30 minutes and repeat.

Beginners 2-3 rounds // Intermediate 3-5 rounds // Advanced 5+

The circuit goes like this:

Jump rope – Jump Squats – Line Hops – Power Knee Taps – Rest – Repeat

The trick to short, simple work outs like this is to go ALL IN! You will get your heart rate up, tone your muscles, and burn those calories. Make sure that you modify any exercises based on your personal needs, and never begin a new fitness routine without consulting your doctor.
