Work Out of The Day (WOD) #1

This is just a quick post for my busy Tribe members working hard to get and stay healthy! I did this workout on my lunch break yesterday. It was a killer in the best way. (I also did legs on Monday which made it even harder.) What I love about this WOD is how quick, simple, and effective it is.

Make sure you really push yourself when performing these exercises. The extra effort is what makes short work outs give you results. As always, modify ANY exercises to fit your personal needs.

Now, for the work out:

Part 1 – Repeat each exercise for 1 min with 30 seconds of rest between exercises. Complete 2-4 sets total.

Jump Rope

Medicine Ball Toss (against the wall) or Jump Squats

High Knees

Butt Kicks

Football Shuffle/Hit the Floor

Cross Crawl

Part 2 – Complete each exercise for reps. Beginners 10 reps//Intermediate 20 reps//Advanced to burn out

Flutter Kicks

Leg Lifts

Bear Planks

Spider Man
