Fat Blasting Cardio Circuit

It’s getting closer to the Holidays which means many people are trying to get rid of some extra fluff before the festivities begin. To do so, you need some cardio in your life alongside a healthy meal plan. Here’s a 30 minute cardio circuit that is guaranteed to make that fluff melt away!

Warm Up

Begin the work out with 2 minutes of dynamic stretching to warm up.

Work Out

Each exercise should be repeated for 1 minute with no rest between.

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. High Knees
  3. Jump Rope
  4. Skiers
  5. Butt kicks
  6. Wall Taps
  7. Rest for 1 minute

Repeat the cycle 4 times.
