Lazy Day Workout Routine

It’s days like today that I just want to roll over and stay in my bed. Personally, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with having a couple of lazy days. It can be good for your mental AND physical health. But, having a lazy day at home doesn’t mean you have to skip your workout. Today I’m going to share a really simple routine that will help you get into shape without even leaving your bedroom!

THE WORKOUT

Each exercise should be done for 30 seconds with little to no rest between exercises.

  • Squats
  • Tricep Dips
  • High Knees
  • Plank Jacks
  • Burpees
  • Flutter Kicks

Beginners repeat 2-3 times // Intermediate repeat 3-5 times // Advanced repeat 5+

Add 1 minute of rest between each set.
