Kettlebell Butt Lift Routine

Kettlebells are one of the most diverse pieces of exercise equipment. You can use them for tons of work outs. The design of the kettlebell gives you a wider range of motion than dumbbells, and they work your entire body at once providing both cardio and strength training.

If you want a rounder, perkier butt this particular kettlebell routine is for you! It targets the large muscle groups in the lower body to help you tone, tighten, and torch excess body fat at the same time.

THE WORK OUT

Part 1

20 kettlebell swings

20 front squats

20 kettlebell swings

20 back lunges

Repeat: Beginners 1-2 times // Intermediate 3-4 times // Advanced 4+

Part 2

20 deadlifts

20 jump squats

20 glute bridges

20 jumping lunges

Repeat: Beginners 1-2 times // Intermediate 3-4 times // Advanced 4+
