WOD #6: Treadmill Circuit

Whether you’re a gym veteran, a new member, or you work out at home, this treadmill workout will help you utilize your time efficiently and maximize your results. If you don’t have access to a treadmill, hit the road, track, or jog in place in your bedroom. Just be sure to go ALL in!

THE WORK OUT

Beginners: Complete the treadmill intervals on an incline. Choose a level that is comfortable, yet challenging for you. Walk at a moderate to fast pace.

Intermediate: Complete treadmill intervals with comfortable incline; jog.

Advanced: Complete treadmill intervals with comfortable incline; run.

ROUND 1

10 min: Treadmill

1 min each: Mountain Climbers & Jumping Jacks

5 Burpees

Plank 1 minute or 2 rounds of 30 second planks

ROUND 2

10 min: Treadmill

1 min each: Mountain Climbers & Jumping Jacks

5 Burpees

Plank 1 minute or 2 rounds of 30 second planks

This is a fast paced circuit. If you need to take a break, rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Keep water near by, and stay hydrated. Try this workout with a partner and motivate each other to finish like a beast!
