I found the M-100 concept on Mike’s YouTube channel, SixPackShortcuts. I absolutely love it! It’s high intensity and great for people that don’t have a lot of time to spend working out. Adding exercises like this to your routine will help you get the results you’ve been looking for!
Burpee 10 reps
Mountain Climber 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO)
Squat Jump 10 reps
Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. You will end up doing 40 burpees, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps total.
Pace yourself, but try not to take any breaks. Working at a high intensity like this will help you torch that stubborn belly fat while also increasing your strength and cardiovascular conditioning.
