Today is another delicious smoothie recipe…and I’m sticking with the pineapple theme! This peach, pineapple smoothie is very sweet & should help with those sugar cravings. The trick to making your smoothies enjoyable is experimenting with the ingredients. We all have different taste buds, so just try out some things that you like, and see what kind of smoothie magic is made!
1 whole peach
1 cup of pineapple
1/2 of a banana
1/2 cup of almond milk (increase liquids to meet desired consistency)
1 tsp of honey *optional
1/2 cup of ice
Peaches have Vitamin A & C which are said to help repair and regenerate skin tissue, and pineapples provide antioxidants that may help increase your overall immune function.
