WOD #11: 1 Minute At Home Cardio Workout

Today I’m bringing you another fat burning workout idea! This one is INTENSE, but it shows that time is really no excuse. You can get in shape doing short duration, high intensity workouts. This routine requires no equipment. All you have to do is find some space and turn on your favorite playlist!

THE WORKOUT

Complete as many rounds as possible.

Rest for 15 seconds between each round.

Burpee (1)

Jumping jacks (4)

Mountain climbers (4)

Jumping lunges (4)

Repeat for 1 min

To recap, each round is 1 minute long. During that minute, you complete the exercises as many times as you can. When 1 minute is up, rest for 15 seconds, then hop back in it for round 2! I hope you enjoy this. Work hard!! 🙂
