Anti-Aging Juice

Good morning, Tribe! Today I have a recipe for an anti-aging juice. All of the ingredients are simple and cheap, but this baby is not lacking AT ALL in the health department. This juice is full of vitamins and nutrients that can help improve your immunity, skin, and eye health.

INGREDIENTS

oranges

carrots

apple

water

Optional:

honey

ginger

turmeric

cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash carrots & peel the outside
  2. Peel oranges, remove seeds
  3. Dice apple, remove seeds
  4. Blend ingredients
  5. Strain to separate pulp (optional)

There are many benefits to drinking this anti-aging juice. It won’t make you young forever, but it can add quality to your everyday health. It’s full of antioxidants, vitamins, and metabolism boosting agents. You can use this juice in place of traditional orange juice for some extra “oomph” in the morning.
