WOD #12: Leg Day Finisher

I LOVE LEG DAY! I typically lift heavy when I train legs, but body weight exercises can also give you a great workout. Today, I have a video of a quick finisher to use at the end of your regular leg day routine.

THE FINISHER

Football Shuffle

Jump Squats

Duck Walk

Bear Crawl

Each exercise should be performed back to back with no rest. After completing the circuit, repeat until you burn out. This should gas your legs for sure!
