Today’s smoothie recipe is adapted from Minimalist Baker. It’s full of nutrients like Vitamin C & A which are great for your immune system and skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties too! I tried it out with friends at work this week, and it was a hit 🙂
•1 large ripe banana, previously peeled, sliced and frozen
•1 cup fresh pineapple
•1/2 tbsp fresh ginger
•1/4 tsp ground turmeric
•1 cup carrot & orange juice (organic blend)
Throw it in the blender & puree until smooth!
