3 ripe mangos, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 large lime, juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice)
salt to taste
- In a bowl, combine chopped ingredients.
- Evenly distribute lime juice.
- Add salt to taste.
- Allow salsa to “marinate” for 10+ minutes in the fridge.
- Serve up this greatness!!
To spice things up, play around with other seasonings as well like cumin and cayenne pepper. I’ve even seen recipes with strawberries and kiwi added! I hope you guys enjoy!!
