Mango Salsa

Good morning, Tribe! Cinco de Mayo is fast approaching, so I’m serving up a delicious mango salsa recipe to add to the spread on Thursday. As usual, this recipe is fast and very easy to make. Let’s get into it!


3 ripe mangos, diced

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

½ cup chopped red onion

¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1 large lime, juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice)

salt to taste

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped ingredients.
  2. Evenly distribute lime juice.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Allow salsa to “marinate” for 10+ minutes in the fridge.
  5. Serve up this greatness!!

To spice things up, play around with other seasonings as well like cumin and cayenne pepper. I’ve even seen recipes with strawberries and kiwi added! I hope you guys enjoy!!
