Healthy Skin Smoothie

Today’s smoothie recipe is great for your health, but specifically your skin! Of course there are many factors that play into skin health, but nutrition can be a big game changer. This recipe will improve hydration and boost your nutrient intake of omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin C, B6, and antioxidants. All of these are great for the skin helping to keep it smooth and glowing.



2 cups water

1 tbsp flax seeds

2 frozen bananas

2 cups frozen raspberries

6 dates, pitted


Blend, blend, blend!
