Happy Monday, Tribe! I know most of us could use some extra energy after a fun weekend in the sun. Skip the processed stuff and try this energizing banana chai smoothie bowl! It’s very simple to make, and of course it’s yummy.
2-3 frozen bananas
1 cup of chai tea (steep 2 bags)
1 small handful of granola
1 tbs dried cranberries
1 tsp chia seeds
- Blend bananas and chai tea. Pour into bowl
- Top with granola, cranberries, and chia seeds.
- Eat up!
You guys know I like big portions, so feel free to scale things down for a smaller snack. This bowl tastes great & will give you a nice boost of energy!
