Mellow Yellow Smoothie

Hey y’all! Today I’m sharing a very chill, calming smoothie recipe with you. The mint will help ease digestion while other ingredients, like cucumber, are known for their hydration and skin calming properties.



1 cup mango

1 cup pineapple

1/2 small honeydew

1-2 sprigs mint

1/2 cucumber (I peeled mine this time, but the outside has lots of nutrients. Feel free to keep it on!)


  1. Blend, and enjoy!

This smoothie is SO refreshing! I loved creating the recipe as much as I enjoyed drinking it. It has a beautiful color and smell too. Good luck making it without eating all of the fruit before it hits the blender 😂
