Hydrating Melon Smoothie

Hey guys! This recipe is by far one of my favorites. It’s ridiculously simple, but tastes AMAZING if you have a thing for melons like I do.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 miniature water melon

1/2 cantaloupe

1/2 honeydew

1/2 juice of 1 lime

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend.
  2. Devour.

I’ve been making more smoothies since the warm weather hit. It’s been a little hot in Texas, so these recipes are perfect to help you stay cool, hydrated, and nourished!

    You can also make this in Popsicle form. It’s already naturally sweet from the fruit but to give the Popsicle a boost of sweetness, add 1 table spoon of raw honey. It’s refreshing and healthy on a hot summer day! 😎
