Coconut Lime Chia Water

Good morning!! We’ve made it to hump daaaaay πŸ™‚ Today’s recipe is quick, hydrating, and may help your body with its natural detoxifying processes.

INGREDIENTS

3-4 tbs chia seeds

1/2 juice one lime

1 cup coconut water

lime and cucumber slices

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Get a pint sized container (I like Mason Jars).
  2. Add coconut water, chia seeds, and lime juice to jar. (Add fruit/veg slices if infusing.)
  3. Fill the rest of the jar with water.
  4. Let the jar sit in the fridge over night.
  5. Viola!

The first time I tried a chia drink I thought it was the weirdest texture!! I actually spit it outΒ πŸ˜‚ BUT, like many other things in life, if at first you don’t succeed…try, try again! Haha The next time I made my own chia drink at home with fresh orange and watermelon juice (should I post the recipe?). AMAZING. So give this oneΒ a try and play with different flavors as well! You just might find your new jam.
