Sushi To Go

Good morning to all of my tribe members and respective sushi lovers. I consider sushi to be a macro nutrient. I need a certain amount in order for my body to function properly. Like any other nutrient, without it…There is death in one way or another. Hahaha

It’s day 2 of my favorite quick stops for healthy, or at least “healthy-ish”, food/snacks/meals when I’ve failed to prepare but still want to keep things moderately wholesome. Let’s face it, I can’t stay on top of things 24/7! That’s life my friends.

Sushi is a quick fix AND it supplies you with some protein, fat, and carbs all in one package. I usually go for a veggie or California roll. I like the simplicity…especially during lunch time. But hey, go crazy with it! To be a little more health conscious, you may consider skipping out on sauces and drizzles which will up your calories (but who’s counting anyway??) and sodium for the day.
