Wasssssup people?! It’s another lovely day in the neighborhood. This quick, grocery store pick up cooks quickly and it’s healthier than traditional Chinese takeout. Head over to the frozen section and get some NOW!

INGREDIENTS

Gardein Mandarin Chick’n

Uncle Ben’s 90 sec Steamable Rice

Optional: veggies to saute or stir fry

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Microwave rice & cook nuggets (follow package instructions).
  2. Assemble.
  3. Eat.

If you have the time and produce, try this meal with sautéed veggies or a quick stir fry (which can be purchased frozen) to boost the flavor and volume of the dish. On a good week I’ll have my meals prepped and ready to go, BUT when I find myself between a rock and a hard place (or I’m just feeling extra lazy), this meal definitely saves the day!
