Good afternoon everyone! Today’s quick fix is breakfast to go. I can eat breakfast food any time of day, so this is my kind of “fast food”. If possible, grab your meal from a restaurant that uses fresh ingredients. Call ahead so it’s ready when you get there, and viola!
Pictured above, I have a vegetarian burrito with all the fixings (beans, eggs, sautéed veggies, etc.), potatoes and onions on the side, fresh pico, and of course OJ. I had this in Miami…and it was THE BEST. Of course you can make the same meal at home, but if you’re in a rush and don’t have ingredients on hand, this is a great way to get full and have a wholesome meal on the fly!
