1 frozen banana
1 small sweet potato, baked or boiled
2 cups of plant based milk (I used almond)
cinnamon to taste
1 scoop of vegan protein powder *optional

*QUICK TIP* Prep your sweet potatoes ahead of time so they’re ready to go whenever you want to enjoy your smoothie! Cooked sweet potatoes may last for about 7 days in the fridge.
I can’t promise this smoothie will make your hair grow to the floor, but you can never go wrong with whole, nutritious foods. Exercising/increasing circulation to the skin and staying well hydrated throughout the day can also be very beneficial for hair growth and retention.
