Hair Enhancing Smoothie Recipe

What’s up everybody! This recipe is another simple mixture that brings a lot of VEGAN goodness into your body. The ingredients provide a boost of vitamin A which is said to help improve scalp skin condition and promote hair growth. We’re getting thick & creamy today! Let’s check out the recipe πŸ™‚



1 frozen banana

1 small sweet potato, baked or boiled

2 cups of plant based milk (I used almond)

cinnamon to taste

1 scoop of vegan protein powder *optional


  1. Blend baby, blend!

*QUICK TIP* Prep your sweet potatoes ahead of time so they’re ready to go whenever you want to enjoy your smoothie! Cooked sweet potatoes may last for about 7 days in the fridge.

I can’t promise this smoothie will make your hair grow to the floor, but you can never go wrong with whole, nutritious foods. Exercising/increasing circulation to the skin and staying well hydrated throughout the day can also be very beneficial for hair growth and retention. Β Just be sure to consult your doctor before making changes in your diet or exercise routine.
