Cherries are one of my favorite fruits. They taste amazing & they have many health benefits including antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, and they support healthy sleep. Today’s recipe is full of cherries and other fruity goodness!
2 cups sweet cherries, frozen
1 cup strawberries
1 small banana, frozen
- Blend ingredients adding water as needed.
Be sure to have plenty of fruits & veggies throughout the day 🙂
