Watermelon Lemonade

Good morning!!! Today I have a recipe for the best summertime drink. I got the idea from one of my clients, and I can’t thank her enough. Watermelon and lemons are both healthy powerhouses that will help hydrate the body and provide it with necessary vitamins to increase energy on a hot day ☀️

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of seedless watermelon

1 lemon, juiced

1-2 cups ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend and enjoy!
