Morning Protein Smoothie

Today I’m sharing a quick recipe for a protein smoothie! This can be a great way to start your morning, especially if you struggle with getting in your daily servings of fruits and veg.



2 cups mixed frozen fruit

1-2 cups kale, stems removed

1 cup Good Belly Probiotic OJ

1/4-1/2 block silken tofu

1 scoop protein powder *optional


  1. Blend kale and liquid first.
  2. Add & blend frozen fruit and tofu.
  3. Add more liquid as needed.
