Beginner Friendly Upper Body Weightlifting for Back & Biceps

Hey y’all! I’ve had serval people ask me about increasing upper body strength. These two moves are GREAT for that & they are beginner friendly. Check out the video below, and enjoy my goofiness. 😂

Make sure to keep your back straight (neutral spine position). Use a weight that’s challenging for 8-12 reps. Rest and repeat for 3-4 total sets. It’s better to go too light vs too heavy. Lifting weights that are too heavy for you can lead to improper form & injury. If you’re just starting out, have a friend check your form or speak with a trainer/staff at your gym.

Happy lifting!
