Legs & Cardio: Bosu Squats + Hop

Happy Friday everyone!! Today’s quick video is focused on legs and cardio again. This time we’re hopping ACROSS the bosu.

LEVEL 1

Perform a regular squat without equipment.

LEVEL 2

Perform single leg elevated squats. Be sure to workout both legs!

LEVEL 3

Add in the hop with your squats!
