Beginner Friendly Upper Body Lifting for Chest and Shoulders

Here’s another beginner friendly video for you! I have a love hate relationship with push ups, but they really are one of THE BEST exercises. If you want to get strong, put on a little muscle, and “tone” up…they are definitely a tool to keep in your weekly workouts.

Use a weight that’s challenging for 8-12 reps. When you’re done with the over head press, go straight into a set of push ups (same reps). Rest and repeat for 3-4 total sets. Remember…it’s better to go too light vs too heavy.
