Healthy Meal Plan Sample

Hey, tribe! A lot of people have been asking what they should eat to get started on a healthier journey. Below, I have a sample day of eating on a vegetarian plan. If you eat meat, just sub it in.



eggs, sauteed spinach/onions/peppers/mushrooms, fruit


almond butter, fruit


red lentil pasta with sauce & optional veggie crumbles, spinach salad with vinaigrette & veggie toppings of choice


hummus, carrot & celery sticks


steamed veggies, baked sweet potato, optional veggie meat


at least 64oz during the day (8, 8oz glasses)
