Purple Antioxidant Smoothie

Hey guys! I have a quick smoothie recipe for you today. This one is lower in carbs than my usual banana based smoothies, but it’s not lacking at all in the nutrient department. The berries PLUS spirulina bring a ton of vitamins and minerals to the table. This is great for boosting your immune system, fighting disease, and overall quality of health.



1 cup mixed berries

1 tsp spirulina

2 cups almond milk

2 dashes of cinnamon

ice to thicken


  1. Dump it all in.
  2. Blend it all up!
