Lazy Day Asian Stir Fry with Rice Noodles- Vegan

I love this stir fry! It’s simple, quick to make, and vegan. Perfect for the #FFTH challenge. You get delicious food without a ton of grease and calories.

bell pepper



rice noodles

Gardein mandarin chicken (V)

olive oil


  1. Bake chicken according to package instructions.
  2. Sautee veggies in olive oil. Season to taste.
  3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Mix everything together & top with mandarin sauce.
