I love this stir fry! It’s simple, quick to make, and vegan. Perfect for the #FFTH challenge. You get delicious food without a ton of grease and calories.
Gardein mandarin chicken (V)
- Bake chicken according to package instructions.
- Sautee veggies in olive oil. Season to taste.
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- Mix everything together & top with mandarin sauce.
