I had an amazing weekend, but it’s left me a little depleted. #funoverload
For breakfast I’m powering up with this beautiful acai bowl. It’s simple and easy on the pockets as all of my recipes are. All you’ll need is a few ingredients and a blender!
For the blender:
frozen acai packet or powder
frozen mixed berries
almond milk (add very slowly as needed to avoid soup)
Meals & Mantras
It’s the last day of July, but this meals and mantras deal isn’t ending for me. It’s really helped me reconnect with myself in relation to food and making more conscious decisions in general.
My note to self for this week –
“Allow yourself to soften, even when it’s hard.”
